Making Appointments
1. Telephone the Direct Number 020 7908 2085
2. From 8am - 8pm the Endoscopy Coordinator will deal with your request. The following information will be required:
. Name of referring clinician, address and telephone number
. Name of patient, date of birth, address, telephone number (day and evening)
. Method of payment (further details will be requested from patient prior to admission)
. Procedure requested
. Preferred Consultant or next available appointment
3. The booking will be confirmed by the Coordinator for the referring clinician. A Confirmation letter will be sent to the patient when there is sufficient time before the procedure is scheduled. An information leaflet and instructions and the pre-procedure medication in the case of colonoscopy procedure will accompany the letter
4. Inquiries of a clinical nature may be directed to one of the members of the Endoscopy Team by telephoning 020 7908 2180/2181
