Enquiries will be responded to within 24 hours from Monday to Friday and for Friday enquiries a response will be made by Monday evening.
Appointments will generally be available within 48 hours for non urgent enquiries and on the same day for acute emergencies.
The patients referring physician or General Practitioner will be kept informed by all clinicians working at the Centre.
